I need some serious help here. This problem is driving me crazy.
I drive a 2000 Z24. For the past 2 years the headlight switch has been giving me issues. I replace the switch (expensive) only to have it stop working again after a few months.
- the low beams will stop working, but the highs and drls work fine.
- where the headlight switch attaches the dark blue connector from the vehicle has burn marks on it.
Does anyone have an idea what is causing the problem???

Are you using a regualar head light bulb or those fake HID bulbs?
I've been using those Eurolite Xenon Fusion bulbs for a pretty long time. Are they higher wattage than the stock bulbs?

Possibly. I'm not familiar with that bulb. But it does sound that way. Say bye bye to those and get some standard yellow/white (whatever color you wanna call it) bulbs.
