I have a 97' Pontiac 2.4L Sunfire:
I have a car that is freaking out. Here is what it does:
- Right Turn signal fast blinks (Both bulbs are fine front and rear)
- Left turn works fine
- When head lights are on, Right INTERNAL ONLY blinker light stays solid
- Horn has stopped working
- Random instances where the ETC (Traction Control) will not turn on
I am thinking maybe the multi-tap switch that is located in the steering column?
Any ideas?

Your lights remind me of what my old shop teacher used to do to us for fun till we caught on. You probly have a wrong bulb stuck in somewhere and its screwing up the seperate circuts by allowing them to shair a bulb. Check your bulbs first.
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
Check your fuses. My 97 cavalier had a strange problem where if the fuse for the cig lighter went out, the horn would stop working as well (WTF?) So check that too.

thats not stange, the horn was on the same circuit as the cig lighter
That is a possibility. Try going to Autozone and getting all new bulbs, install them and report back to us.
I have only changed the front to blinker bulbs, both from the same pack and I only have the problem with the right side. So, don't think it is the bulbs, also, it has been 3+ months since I changed those, something would have popped up before now.
As for the fuses, they are all fine. That is one of the first things I checked out...

Try replacing the flasher relay, it may be getting ready to take a massive crap.

It can still be the bulbs. I used to work for Autozone and I've seen bulbs packaged incorrectly.
blinker fluid will take care of the blinker problem. probably just low on fluid
^^^
When I used to work at Autozone we had some guy come in a say his friend was gonna come in a ask for blinker fluid and he wanted us to play along. So when the guy came in we sold him a blank 8oz bottle that we filled with armorall.
well thanks for ruining that one. tryin' to have fun w/ the noobs
did you ever fix this problem? I am having a similar problem on my cavy except its kleft side.
It could be the multi function switch. Mine went bad and my brake lights wouldn't work and one blinker blinked fast unless I jiggled the turn signal. A good way to test them is to turn on the hazards and wiggle the hazard switch. Most of the time if there is a bad connection in there you can wiggle the switch and get your blinkers to work/not work.
You can't outrun the radio.
my car is on the some drugs man some times my daytime running light indicater on the dash will blink and they will not come on and then all the lights thats blinking on the dash until i shut it off and start it again. im lost and dont know where to begin
There may be a side marker bulb (by the wheel well) that is out. That is what happened to me. They blink too.
heres how you can tell whats wrong with your horn. if you hear it clicki when you lay on it ( no sound) then the electricity is still running to it and the horn itself is bad. if there is no click when you press the horn then its an electrical problem.
