ok was driving my car and the exhoust sounded kinda louder then usually but it didnt sound like it was off so i ckecked it and there was nothing i could find that was loud i can only hear it when im driving for some reason then when i took it out today again it sounded kinda loud and it started to make this loud thud noise when i pushed on the gas to hard i cant figure it out for the life of me what eather are i think maybe the exhoust noise is coming from inside of the motor back by the manifold but i dont not really sure and my check engine light was already on from my ho intake swap so i dont i guess il try and take it into a shop tommorow and see what they say but was hoping someone has had this problem or seen it

Maybe the exhaust manifold cracked or possible came loose. Is it a puttering sound? The motor moves back and forht a little when you step ont eh throttle so that could be it. Or your cat could be blowing itself apart and pieces banging around.

pretty sure its not the cat its more tourds the motor im just going drop it off at the shop tommorow and hop it dousnt cost me all my taxes to fix it

maybe an exhaust leak? if you are not mechanically inclined, then yes, it may be best to leave it to the shop.
