Ok well had them read here goes:
P0133 HO2S Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0141 HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2
im assuming its o2 sensor? I Also we have 2 diff. ones could someome please elaborate on these codes which o2 sensor needs to be changed along with anything else that needs to be changed special tools difficulty ect? Thanx!
The P0133 is the sensor on the manifold. Probably going bad. You can reset your ECU and it might correct it's self, but probably need to replace the sensor.
The P0141 is for the sensor behind the cat. That has to do with the heater circuit. That sensor probably needs replaced as well. Have you done anyhting recently to your car?
FU Tuning
wrong fourm is why you cant find anything
this is performance , not maintence
ive searched all forums.. if u look below mine i brought one of the old threads alive as well for code P0133 so why dont YOU search before u bitch
Anyway are you telling me both of my o2 sensors are going bad

damnit!.. i havent done anything except intake but the car has 170k miles
forgot to mention i already reset it twice

im due for a smog test before the end of the month so i have to pass, and have to get this stuff taken care of.
ive been getting codes p0133and p0420 for over a year now with no solution to the problem yet . even after replacing the front o2 sensor the other one has the o2 simulater hooked up.i was wondering if it could be the cat until then ill just keep using my code reader to erase em.
well that sux thats why i dont want to blow alot of money on dumb sensors if they arent needed. But yet i dont want to reset codes everyday either i wonder if my cat is gone too

i have 2 Z24's would it be hard to yank my sensors out put them in the other car just to pass smog??
i dont think so . the front sensor is on the header which should be easy enough but the other one is just after your cat so you will have to jack the car and get under it. but should be fairly simple. does your car backfire alot?
well its old and an auto so i dont get on it enough to know if it backfires but no under normal conditions it doesnt. i just reset the code again. I let my car warm up before i drive it thats when the CEL comes on it seems like is what im letting it sit in my driveway and idle to warm up. What do you guys this is the sufficient amount of time i can assume all is ok if the lights dont come back on. number of starts miles ect?
