I AM TRYING TO FIND A COOLANT LEAK BUT THIS IS MY FIRST CAR WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE ALL THE COOLANT PIPING/HOSING IS LOCATED!

Okay first off turn off the @!#$ caps, gets annoying as hell.

Okay like someone else said you open the hood, and will see black hoses going from say the radiaor, engine, coolant tank and going into the firewall. There is your coolant hoses, well just a general description is all.

A refridgent leak usually happens near the seal of the component you are looking at, or at a line fitting, sometimes the service caps also will get a leak. You need a special light and glasses to see it though.

Do you access to a presure tester? Its a little hand held air pump that goes where the coolent cap is and replaces it then just pump up to about 10 psi and watch the gauge
if it doesn't drop then no leak. If it does just start looking you'll find it.

Good Luck.

Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
