Well if all is still working fine then try this old school cheep fix and see if it doesn't help you. The next time you need to top it off use automatic transmission fluid instead of power steering fluid. Don't worry its still hydraulic fluid so it won't hurt a thing. But the main difference is that tranny fluid has an additive in it that makes seals swell up kind of like a pre-emptive strike against trans leaks. Well that additive will swell the seals in your rack and may either stop the leak totally or it will at least buy you enough time to get thru the winter. Just use dexron mercon or G.M. type transmission fluid as it works the best. Another plus is that trans fluid is much less expensive then power steering fluid so it doesn't hurt your wallet as much.
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
Yup. Both are hydraulic fluid and they mix just fine.

I priced one out at carquest for 202$ with core. There are 2 diffrent racks, 1 with 2 1/2 turns and 1 with 2 turns. Maybe the 2 turn one gives better tighter response??? i'm not sure.
