can anyone tell me the best and right way to remove the radiator cross member?
need to replace it because of damage done to it.

Upper or lower? I just helped piece an 04 together that went into a big Dodge pick up
truck. Anyway the upper one was damaged ( pushed in about 2 inches ) I had to hook to the front with a come-along and pull it straight cause that piece is welded in.

Oddly enough it didn't mash the air-bag sensor and they didn't deploy so it was just body damage.

Not too sure about the lower one. But from what I saw it looked welded in too.
