i have a 97 2.4L and i did the HO intake manifold, and the hose that used to come up between the runners and go into the air cleaner i removed and installed a breather filter. now it smokes from the filter and reaks of burnt oil. im not too familiar with this sytem...typically u can replace a pcv valve but this one seems not to have one... any help?

well our cars dont come with a pcv value. and my car ran fine n/a with just a filter but as soon as i went with boost it had oil spurt out of it. so i just went to autozone and picked up a pcv valve and placed in between the oil seperator ( on block) and my intake for the turbo. i hope this helps
