what is the trouble code 43?

It says "Electronic spark control".

I don't know what it is and how to solve it tough.

The code 43 is electronic spark control(esc) circuit or knock sensor (ks) circuit.Check the wiring and connectors from the knock sensor to the esc.controller or ecm for a open or short to ground.If necess reroute the harness away from the other wires such as spark plugs ,etc.Replace the knock sensor. The knock sensor is located across from the alternator probably mounted into the block so,it may not be visible I do not know the 2.8 or 3.1 eng locations of actual parts locations.If u are unsure check out advance auto and do a search for ur part for ur spec car and they have pics of most parts so u know what ur looking for.Ok
