no washer fluid

my friend has a 95 sunfire 2.2 200.000 kms on it. the washer fluid wont work at all. its full, i thought it was frozen but its not it was +15 today and i put it in the garage to be sure. i think its the pump i dont know what else it could be. the wipers work fine.

It could be the wiring to the pump too. Or the fuse.

check fuse
check wiring, you can get a tester for less than 10 bucks at the hardware store to see if the pump is recieving any current
if the fuse is good, and the pump is getting current, replace it.

You should be able to do it yourself.

i checked the fuse. and it seems to be getting current so im going to say its fried. has anyone ever changed one? any help would be appericated. its not my car so im careful about pullingh things apart.

No your not done testing. Does it have ground, after all ground is half the circuit. It could be a loose ground wire.

not to thread jack but i have a problem with my right windshield wiper when it squirts fluid it. it only squirts a little out. the same thing happened to my last j-body as well. anyone know whats wrong?

its probally cloged. use a paper clip or something like that to clean it. good luck.
