My passenger side foglight keeps going out within a couple days of replacing it, and at the same time my horn only works intermitently. I can hear the fuse clicking when I press the horn button, but no honk. It works every other day or so...
Also wondering if this is related to the fact I get shocked by static everytime I get out of my car? Seems harsher than other cars?
The fuse for the horn is fine, though when I replaced it last year I had to replace it again immediately (as soon as I pressed the button the fuse popped again) and then it worked?
cavalier horns always go bad not unusual fog light is weird

Use a bigger fuse.
I have a 30 amp fuse but then again i have 4 air horns. You can hear me miles away.
Wouldnt surprise me if the factory took power from the horns power wire.
Sounds like you have an intermittent short in the wiring to your passenger side fog. Is it an OEM fog light setup or is it aftermarket? If its aftermarket, where did you get power from? If its OEM, I'd first check to make sure you're replacing it with the right size bulb (stupid i know but hey some people don't think about those things), and if it is the right bulb check the wiring to that fog light. You can get a mutlimeter out if you know anything about electronics and check it, then compare it to your driver's side fog light. If there is a major difference, you know there's something wrong with the wiring to the passenger's side.
^ or something simpler, like, are you touching the bulb with your fingers w/o wearing gloves? if so then the oils on your hands are shorterning the brightness of the bulbs(happened to me already). make sure the bulbs are either 881(correct me on that for OEM) or 886. again check wires for loose or short with a multimeter.
as for the shocking, i believe the cavs dont have a rubber gaurds around the wheels like most others, i get shocked too when i exit the car, kinda annoying.
the horn, i am not certain, but yea check what brandon said.
