hey i started taking apart my dash to get to the damn heater core..
I took out all the screws and i notice that the damn thing wont come out.. cause the steering wheel is in the way..so i thought to myself, CANT BE.. i gotta take the freaking steering wheel off to get to the damn heater core? anyone know?

also, i see two hoses in the engine bay that COME OUT of the heater core.. but where do i attach them i think someone before me bypasssed it.. but i got no clue where to reattach these.

i am guessing someone took a hose and just looped it instead of going throught he heater core.

what

is ur heater core under the center dash against the fire wall? i have a 2.4 grandam so i dont know where urs would be located. if its in the same place as mine, i could tell you what to do.

yep there in the center agenest the fire wall. you do have to remove the steering wheel.
the 2 hoses coming out of the passanger compartment near the bottom of the firewall are for the heater core.
