When I'm braking semi hard and go over a series of bumps (r.r. track, pot hole) I can hear a sake/ vibration coming from the front right wheel. Lately I can actually feel the brake release for a split second then catch again. It kinda feels like its something to do with my abs. The abs light is lit when I first start the car then goes off.
Thanks for any suggestion!

Sorry I double posted! figured this was more a maintenance issue than susp.&brakes
Yup its the ABS kicking in so you don't skid.
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
Sorry maybe I miss stated that. I belive it's my abs kicking in when it's not suposed to. I've had this car for 5 years and it just started happening.
Thanks
ABS will kick in if you hit a hard enough bump or pot hole.
And the ABS light coming on and then going out when you start the car is normal. That means the computer is checking the system and finds nothing wrong. So it turns the light off.

Is it the brakes or the suspension?
The aft control arm bushings are known for going bad, the rubber in the center comes loose and then the control arm hits the frame in the mount pocket when the suspension weight off loads. you can look up in there and see if the rubber is sticking above or below and you should be able to see the spot where it hit the frame.
When mine went it was loud and vibrated when braking on uneven road.
Replaced my control arm bushing on the side the noise is coming from....had the shop recheck it and they said it was good. I also had the front struts done. I can't for the life of me figure this out!
