ok so this is a question? i saw the post about relocating the sensor so that cold air blows over it to change the stats and stuff? is this good for the engine , or dose it hurt any thing? any sugestions or any thing about this topic would be great, and also i really just want people to respond to this question that actually know a answer and are not here to talk @!#$, i know i just registared and all that newbie @!#$ but im here for answers not to her @!#$ some one with some smarts please let me know?
The IAT sensor is a thermoister. You relocating the sensor wont make any difference to the engine technically, because all it reads is just the temp. of the air going into the engine. However for best gas mileage as close to the intake as it can be is when manufactures usually put it.
