Blowby is not normal in any engine, especially new ones. How many miles do you have?
- 2004 Cavalier - 124k, owned since new
Also blowby is normally caused by bad piston rings, or the PCV system isnt working correctly.

its because of the tube running from your intake to valve cover....a minute amount of oil will pass between the valve cover and intake. some cars have a filter to prevent that, or you can take off the tube and put a breather filter on the valve cover.

i realize how blowby works. i have 67000 miles. where is the pcv system on the eco? usually pcv valve is on valve cover but not here.
