I know on my car you can pretty much just reach up and and twist em out. You might have to take down a splash sheild or something. I saw in another thread someone recomended taking the headlight out. You gonna put the higher watt ones in?
i have a 99 z24 and i had to take the splash sheild and headlight out, then jam my arm down there and twist, its not as easy as it should be.

i fail to see why this would be difficult...i'm gonna have to go look at my car and see.

On my '99, I just go from underneath, like ^^Steve^^said, and twist off the bulb harness. Be carefull, my harness was a little brittle from all the exposure to the elements.
