Outer tie rod bushing

Ok folks, long time no post, and i know many of you are happy i wasnt posting. Ive had better things to do, like 4 consecutive shows to clean up for.

HOWEVER, back to more important things.

Ive been reading my car for winter, Checking brakes, suspension, fuel-cooling-etc systems. Well i found out i have a badly destroyed front driver side tie rod bushing. I had just had a lube job done 4 weeks ago, and it was fine then. Now however, there is a large slash through the side of it, no grease, but some dirt and rust.

Now i know how to replace my tie rod bushing, However im curious to know, are ther any aftermarket upgrades for it available? Perferably sealed. I dont know of any poly bushings for it other then the Control arm bushings, i order a few days ago for gravana.

I intend to replace both driver and passenger side at the same time, regardless if the passanger side is still in good shape, just so i know i have less chance of future problems.

So, if any one knows of a better then OEM replacement, please let me know.

Any help is much apprectiated.

Do you mean the bellows that protects the tight rod joint? I'd just replace them with OEM.
