ok my friend has a 2000 z24 and he got on messenger tonight and told me this....
"well liston to this aight i turn my lights off my driving lights flash fast and click and then they go off then my service light comes on"
so i was wandering if any of you have any idea as of what might have caused this
It's just a blown headlight bulb. replace it and it'll stop.
a blown headlight lamp will cause a service engine sign?
i thought you had a blown bulb when you turn of your turn signal and they flash like mad fast....
Does the car have DRL's? If so the relay went bad.

I had the same problem. it was just a burnt out bulb. trust me
