I have a 97 sunfire gt my dad moved my car last nite and now the streering wheel is upside down and is locked and I can't get the ignition to turn is there any way to bypass this please help me if you can thanks.
you have to turn the wheel to either all the way right or all the way left and try turning the key while doing so.
I have done that and nothing
shake the wheel while turning the key usually works for me
Make sure the transmission is completely in park, then pull wheel while turning key as above.
