Ya so i just got my car fixed after i wrecked it. i drove it to make sure everything was okay. it drove just fine it pulled alittle when i let go of the steering wheel but it was cool other then that. i expected it to do that. well while i was driving it i lost all my coolant and it over heated. so i tried to fix the leak i thought i did so i started it and it ran then started leaking out of the the top right corner. so i turned it off then tried to fix the leak. i tried to start it again and it would not start. after awhile i check for spark it was fine. i changed the plugs and coil packs it still did not start. then i noticed there was water in the the 4th spark plug. it looked like it was coming from the bolt to the left of it.
Would this stop my car from starting? Like a blown head gasket or a cracked head

typically, if you have water IN the combustion chamber, let it sit overnight and it will drain down into the oil pan, seeping past the rings. Dont let it sit too long in this condition or you will rust the rings to the cylinder walls, or do major harm.
if water got into the cylinder(s), it likely got there by a blown head gasket or a cracked head.
you could pull the spark plug of the offending chamber playing "captain nemo" and tape a length of vacuum hose to the end of a wet dry vac and try to carefully feed it down in there and suck it out.
change the spark plugs, change the oil and oil filter, water degrades the oil and can lead to a wrecked bearings in the lower end if unchecked, quicker than you think.
but if water got IN the combustion chamber, its just gonna do it again as soon as the thermostat opens again when the car comes up to temperature.
it would be helpful if you could clarify what you meant by "water coming out of the bolt by the spark plug" You mean like from the head bolt, or a freeze plug popped out, or what?
yes, water will keep your car from starting, but its generally more indicative of bigger problems other than just drying stuff out.

yes, water in combustion chamber may mean bad head or gasket, what motor is this, 2.2, 2.3 or 2.4?
and about the coolant and bearings, its not that the water degrades the oil. the problem is the antifreeze itself eats the beaing material
