1996 Pontiac Sunfire. I have found the grease fittings on the lower ball joints and the ends of the steering "tie rods". Are there any other grease fittings that require service? Thank you.
Nope, you got 'em all. Those four are the only nipple grease points. I give mine 2-3 pumps of the gun every other oil change. Enough to make 'em bulge a tad, but not to cause a grease eruption!

You may also want to give your manual tranny linkage a light(!!) coating of engine oil, and spritz all hinges with some spray-can white grease (wipe off excess). How many miles on those ball joints? I still got one original on after 175K miles with no play. Lost one OE joint to torn (not me!) rubber boot.
Dart, thanks for the info and tips. 127K, recently purchased.
yep, 4 fittings through 96. 97 started with only tie rod ends. Not sure being 2000.
Good advic Dart... nice to see it.
I have a 2000 cavalier and no grease fittings at sight! probably have not looked hard enough!
stock '00 2200 cavy
yep i hit them with like 2 pumps or so every oil change.....and i belive you found all of them
Hmm, 2000+ may have 'lubed for life' fittings. The joint I used to replace my damaged one was a GM non-greaseable unit ('THANKS' GM!

). I packed that puppy good with high quality grease B4 installing it. Had a small mess to wipe up after installation, but at least I knew it got a full supply for it's 'life'
