Repair manual questions
Friday, October 07, 2005 9:49 PM
Hi guys,

I am looking at getting a repair manual for my 97 Sunfire. I'm looking on ebay to find a GM factory manual, however have not come across any 97 ones where the person will ship to Canada. I am wondering if I can buy a different year manual that will work for me? How much different would a 95, 96, or 98 manual be from my 97?? Just wondering if I have to get a manual for my 97 or if a different years will work. Thanks,

Kyle

Thanks,

but I'm only concerned with the GM repair manuals which are books. Anybody know if different year service manuals will work for my 97??

Thanks

I have a three book GM set for the 97 Sunfire available. I am unsure if shipping them to Canada will make them not worth your time. I have never shipped to Canada. I have heard a few horror stories about it though.

I bought them used when my g/f had a 97 Sunfire. She sold the car, but the buyer did not need the manuals since her b/f was a moron. He did not need to know how to do things since he would do them wrong with, or without, the manuals.

Drop me an email through the contact link in my profile, if interested.

They do not have one for a 2000+ Cavy. The only manual is the GM service repair manual. Yea it sucks.
