could it cause my fuel to read rich and make a code for the map sensor to come up? it makes sense that i have a code for my car to be out of timing(3times the tech wrote) i don't know what that means, but umm, any sugestions are helpful, thanks again guys

if the MAP code came up why not check the MAP sensor? No a chain tensionner won't throw a code.

If you run rich, check the O2 sensor, MAP sensor, IAT sensor.

it seems to idle fine and run fine. there's a little bit of play when idleing, meaning the motor shakes a little but from what i remember it's the same.so map sensor and iat? sensor? what and where is that
