Check your fuse . If your cigarette lighter not working as well then it is the fuse as the horn and cigarette lighter and horn share the same fuse

My horn stopped working too, my fuse is good, and I can hear a 'click' when I depress the horn switch.

Invest in a multimeter that can measure 12 volts (probably about 5 bucks). Check and see if you get 12 volts at the point where the wires connect to the horn itself whenever you press the horn on the steering wheel. If you get 12 volts there when you press on it then check and make sure the contacts are connecting ok with no corrosion or anything and if its a good connection then replace the horn. On my eco, the horn is on the passenger side of the vehicle at the very front underneath the headlight. Really easy to get to with the headlight taken out.

Mines broken and I know why, just not sure how to fix it. The little round clippy deal that the wire from the back of teh airbag plugs into the column is broken.
