I was on the way to my GFs dads shop to get my timing chain tightened. and i was at a stop sign and i acclerated and then the car just bogged crazy and wouldnt go ever 10 mph.
When i left my house in the morning the Theft light was on and the service light. I restarted the car and it went away. Anyway. i was like 3 blocks from the shop so i tried the get the car there. It keep studderin and all this @!#$. then it died and it will not start. It almost felt like it was not running all cylinders. Her dad is going to look at it but cant untill tomorrow cus he is backed up. Any ideas what is wrong?

ok could be a few things,
if it is a ecotec none of this is right , but if it is a 2.4 tc then it is very possible
the hose on the tb going to the mapp sensor is cracked
or maybe could be a crank shaft position sensor

my gfs dad took a look at it in the morning. He just tried to start it and he said that he think the timing chain either came off the gears or snaped. I just got back from taking the front bumper off so it can get on the tow truck.
