My Sister has a 2.2 97 Sunfire, Automatic, Nothing Special bought it used.
She had the head gasket replaced not even a year after having the car. Everytime there is a heavy rain the car doesnt start properly, the engine shakes the whole car, and is really loud and sounds clunky. If you drive it like that its jumpy. Took it to a Pontiac dealership garage, they changed the HT leads a few times but it kept happening. The altenator was also changed last winter.
Any ideas?? Its going in again tomorrow...

If the igniton leads have been changed-(more than once)
I would suspect the ignition coil(s) or the ignition module they attach to.
