My Car Doesnt Want To Start

Hi Guys
Last night when I was getting ready to take my gf home around 11clock and my car starts then it dies right away and then I got it to run for a little bit in drive and then it just stalled on me on the road and I tryed to restart it wount start and I just replaced the head on it like week ago and I replaced the spark plugs,spark wires,oil,oil filter,head gasket,other gaskets on the head and the car is a 1996 2.2 and I want to know why it doesnt start for

Check fuel pump. When mine was starting to go my car would stall out of nowhere, after awhile I could get it started again. From what I hear fuel pumps are horrible on the cav's. Not to hard of a job either did mine in the driveway in a few hours (well almost half a day but we were drinking a bit).

the fuel pump is brand new

Alternator.... might wanna check that.. which is causing your battary to drain... check that too...

is you r theft light system on? If so put tthe key to the on position and let it sit for 10 min's no less, than that should turn the theft light off then turn the key to the off position and then crank, if that doesn't work it may be your instrument panel or ignition switch
