My boss drives an older 2.2L sadan. she says it stalls out on her alot, like when she is driving down the road if she lets of the gas it will shut down and she has to throw it in eutral and restart it. she also says it stalls out on sometimes when she tries to start going like from a stop light of a left turn. any ideas guys
tell your boss to start w/ basic tuneup, change plugs/wires, fuel filter...battery check... scan for trouble codes...then go from there
cousin had a similar problem. it was an auto matic. the tranny wouldn't come out of lock up so the car stalled. this happend at slow speeds try down shifting or there is a blue plug that goes in the tranny, its right in the front and easy to see. that controls the lock up on the torque converter. pull and see what happens
well i would check spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, coils, fuel pump or even your valve springs

Check the EGR. Look for a code set for EGR circuit low.
