well all i have is intake.. people tell me that usually it will pass but i also have a broken evap can? i think i dunno heres a picture its behind the bumper on the pass. side i live in california

evap can be anywhere, mine is actually located in front of my engine behind my drivers headlight.

Is the check engine light on?
If so you will have a problem. If not, you're 50/50. If they see it they will fail you, if not you're good.
