My front left wheel makes a "chirpchirpchirp" sound when I'm driving. A continuous bird chirping is all I can really describe it as.

Bad bearing?

Also my valves rattle sometimes on hot days when I'm going 1-2k rpms in 1st and 2nd. Rattle like crazy.

Check your brake pads could be the wear indicator tab making contact with the rotor.

I replaced my pads about 2 months ago. Could this still be the problem?

My rear brake shoes are beggining to squeak a little when I stop, but I think this noise is coming from the front. I could be wrong.

The pad could be loose did you test fit them to make sure they couldn't wiggle around in the caliper or did you just put them on?

Anyway in answer to your question if its a bad bearing there's usually a grinding noise and when you jack up the car the wheel assembly will wiggle arund when you move it.
Now some play is nomal but I talking about like you can shake the whole wheel around big time/

if the pad was loose, how would I go about fixing that? Could I just tighten the clips on it?

If they stayed loose, would it be doing damage in the long run?

If its loose there may be little metal fingers that can be bent inward to help snug up the pads. I'm not 100% sure on your car so just find out if theres any antirattle clips or spacers that you can purchase that you may not curretly have. But the long term effects of squeaking brake pads is a high annoyance level felt by you. And an increased likelyhood of added embaresment when spotting a hot girl or the side of the road.
Other then these I don't think it'll do any damage. Well maybe a little bruise pride might be the extent.

If the chirping sound is related to the brakes, it should go away or change when the brakes are applied. If the chirping sound is constant all the time whether braking or not, I would look for something else as a cause. Make sure the sound is related to wheel rotation and not to engine rpm

My bearing started making grinding noises when it went bad. I got the chirping when I needed to front brake pads.

i just noticed this recently, almost every time i take a left turn i hear this chirping from the left wheel. Are we goin with brake pads on this one??

ya i'm a victim of the chirping as well i get it on left turns during hot days... it's most definately the heat.. i'm running on like bare pads :O i don't think there's anything left on them lol i've attempted to change them but the bolt thing on the top is dripped on both sides WHAT DO I DO :O.. lol btw sorry for thread jacking but i figured no pont in making a new topic which is basically the same topic.. .lol

buy a drill out bit and rip out the caliper bolts then get new caliper bolts
