Sometimes when i start my car my niddle goes to 110 real quick then back to 0 on the mph gauge. Dont know what that means , let me know thanks
my sunbird did that when i revved the hell out of it
it was funny.

Just like you can temporary kill your rev limiter when using seafaom. I had reved several times in neutral up to the limiter, and then accidently dropped it in reverse. I slammed my foot on the brake, and tried to drive for a bit, It worked fine other then hitting 6.5-7 rpms at WOT.

ya may seem like a stupid question, but i dont press anything at just start the car and it goes up to 110 and and back down real quick.
If it has an electronic sending unit, that is totally normal. It's just the gauge calibrating itself.
thats weird.. as long as ur speedo works fine i gues its alright if it bothers you you could get another cluster?
Ive seen Grand Prix's do this on startup, but its the calibration, the only times ive seen a car show high speeds with little or no movement was when i blew a halfshaft in my Sunbird (car showed going 60 when it wasnt moving) and when i loosing traction by spinning my tires in my Sunfire, but thats about it really.
