I'm not sure if this is the right thread, if not mods please move to the appropriate one
I have a 2002 Cavalier Coupe. I do not have fog lamps on there right now. How hard would it be to install them? I would assume that I would have to install a switch to turn them on and off on the inside of the car. Is that pretty much it?
Also, what would be the best way to mount them? If somebody has done the install before, please post your pics.

Is there any particular type of brand to go with over another brand?
Thanks in advance

Well i have pilot motorsport Fogs on my fire.
Very easy to hook up, just read the directions, very straight foward.
If you want a lighted switch, your gonna have to ground the switch, and the easiest point i can tell you to ground it, is the bracket for the OBD2 port in the driveside bottom of the dash, below the steering wheel.
On mine, i first mounted my original ones to the Bumper, What a pain in the BUTT.
The second time, casue i broke a lens, was to put it on the black Plastic thing behind the grill. I screwed it right to it, and made an extra hole to run the wires through it, so it hides them.
I added a metal strap to the backside of the plastic piece for support. Doesnt move, lights look great.

well a way u could mount fogs is like on my Z.. They have a little bracket mounted to the metal bumper.. if that wouldnt work for you id say just do the stock fog lights.. those would look the best.. when i had my old 00 i always thought about gettin the rectangle fogs and mounting one on each of the side grille.. in either the bottom or top half.. i can do a chop pic if u wanna see what i mean.. but i would say mounting to the metal bumper would be ur best bet..
here is a pic so u can kinda get what im saying bout the metal bumper..
