When i brake and make a turn my brakes kinda make a grindin feelin in the brake pedel and the steerin i think feels the same and when i first start the car the brake pedel makes this crunch sound and if im on the brake i can feel it kinda crack and build pressure. also when just comin to a stop the car kinda feels like the pads hit the rotor then let off then on then off till im down to about 15 mph then it stops. What the hell is this? the dealer replaced all the brakes on the car before i got it from them.

sounds like a bad set of rotors to me i know rotors are sometimes warped even new i just had to replace mine for the first time have 25k on my car now...
