Vacuum line question.

I noticed the other day that the vacuum line coming from my Fuel Pressure Regulator isn't hooked up to anything. I know that isn't good, all I'm needing to know is where this line hooks up to. Thanks.

There should be a port facing the front of the car in the middle of the throttle body
