Engine turns over slowly when warm

I have a '95 2.2L manual cavi. The car turns over good when its been sitting for hours, but whan I drive it then shut it off and come back in like 10 min, the engine turns over like the battery is dead. I checked the battery voltage its over 12...(like 12.4V). I ran it and checked the alt. output, it's 14.3V( at different engine speeds too) . Also right after I drive it I check the voltage at the battery, it's still over 12V.
When I go to start it when its warm, it acts like it has no juice. Any help?, thanks.

heat soak, or whatever they call it. Your starter is weak.

Ya I think it's the starter too, I'd like to be sure first before I replace it.

starter , cables , battery

if you know how to do a voltage drop test id recomend doing it

if the battery has leaked any acid , id replace the cables

then the car wouldnt start or it would click.........could have heat resistane in the cables or a crap battery

could be the starter motor itself.....do a starter draw test and see what happens cold and hot
