well i have 67K on my 00' z24 5speed and i was wonderin wat is a good additive to make my tranz feel good.. u kno reduce heat... less wear....i was readin and it says that getrag tranz uses ATF? i was jus hopin some1 can help me out wit this so called "stupid question" jus tryin to dothe right thing.. can i also add Amsoil ATF or Royal Purple after a complete flush? thanxz for the help!!!

it's a 5 spd. it's doesn't heat.
The 5 spd don't have any pump like the automatic. The oil is at the bottom of the tranny and the gear turn in it. That's all.
Don't put any additive in it. It's plain useless.
5 spd tranny will use synchromesh oil. Get the Gm one.
