question ok my car was in a accident. the insurance company fixed it, or so they say. i noticed that when i cut on my air it rumbles. and then today i was driving and i cut on my air and the car died....can anyone tell me what it might be? cause i got some bitchin to do to the proressive people

Progressive.. heh.. Im sorry. My grandmother's car was totaled in her driveway by some idiot drunk driver. His insurance was Progressive. We went a week, leaving several messages on the womans voice mail and NEVER heard anything back.. not even a "hey I got your message, sorry Ive been insanely busy, I'll call you in a couple days" .. nothing. She finally called us when we mentioned contacting a lawyer.. then when we go down there to meet with her.. she's not even there.. we ended up talking to her supervisor and got things taken care of. Either way.. that experience left a @!#$ty taste in my mouth.

When you call them though, find out where it was taken (should've given you the choice) to be repaired.. it's possible that the repair place did a crap job. And it's also possible that progressive didn't cover "all" of the repairs so they only fixed what they could for the money they were given.

I dunno.. it sounds to me like progressive left you in the dark while they "fixed everything". Either way.. bitch them out and get @!#$ taken care of. =D
