will airbags and a windshield from a 1995 cav go into a 1997 cav, if not a 95 what about air bags from a 1999 cav? any help is appriciated.

'95 to '99 is all interchangeable, its all 1st phase of third gen.
You may also be able to use parts from '00 to '03, as they are aslo 3rd gen.
But you are only asking about '95 and '99 going into a '97, in which case, YES you can do whatever you want there.
