I jus got MSD Packs and some accel wires, now i know some switch to Bosch +4's but usually end up sweitching back to stock plugs. now should u only switch the Bosch's if you have the better wires and packs or are the stock plugs the best to use either way. oh also my friend has 8 Bosch +2's off of his camaro with only 2000miles on them, he would give them to me for free, should i take them?
unless you boost, the delco platinum plugs are the best... IMO and many others...
i dont mean to hi-jack the thread but i have a related question..i have stock exhaust up until the stainless oval dual tip muffler that i have.. i dont remember if it did this before i changed the plugs or not, but when i decelerate i get a nasty popping almost sounds like backfiring out the exhaust..i changed the plugs to bosch platinum +4s with the stock ignition..do you think this is whats causing the popping? i really dont think its the muffler thats doing it, but it could because it started popping about 1 month after i installed the muffler..there is no exhaust leaks anywhere.. should i change to some other plugs?
