replaceing valve cover gasket?

Anyone able to tell me how hard it is going to be to change the valve cover gasket i got the gasket today just need to know how to change it anyone know and can wright me a quick how to please or im me at viper8854 would be a great help i am tired of my valve cover leaking oil so said time to change it it is a 2000 2.2 thanks

remove intake, remove fuel rail heat shield, remove valve cover, clean everything, insert new gasket, and bolt everything back up.
