hopefully you guys can give me an idea of what kind of problem I have an 03 cav and when I turn left I can feel multiple clicks in the steering wheel and pedals, im thinking maybe a ball joint or half shaft? Just wanted to know what you guys and or girls thought b4 I took it to the dealership. thanks
Clicking while turning, I'd guess is your CV joint.
Ball joints so far in my experience, have squeaked like an old bed.
I know it's JUST a Cavalier, and I'm sorry if I hurt your ego.
I've got a 2003 Cavalier as well with 128 thousand kms on it. Just got it inspected today and then it started "clicking" when I turn right. Could this be a CV joint? How long do I have to get this fixed I wonder and how much would it cost? Then an occasional squeak so theres probably the ball joint on its way out.. Always somthing.
