ECOTEC motor and gertag mount torque specs

Hello everyone I would like to know what the ECOTEC upper and lower motor mount torque specs are.

Also the specs for the gertag transmission mounts would be nice to know as well.

I appreciate your help and thank you in advance.

Front Tranny mount is 55ft-lbs

Rear Tranny mount is 55ft-lbs.

Lower engine mount stud bolts. 74 ft-lbs +90 Degree's.

Upper is 81ft-lbs

The Lower Engine Mount strut bracket is 49ft-lbs
