Could transmission problems possibly prevent a car from starting? (auto) A mechanic who worked on it in the past mentioned taking the plug out of the TC solenoid to prevent the car from stalling under deceleration. And also, I just want to make sure I'm not making a mistake by ruling out tranny problems as a cause to the car not starting.
