Hello guys,
No I'm not asking if it's hard, I'm not asking what to do. I'm only asking if I should replace the timing chain guides like one of the forum threads said. Basically my motor
has 120000 miles. Is a chain really required? How about the tensionner, threads say $20 but I looked it up here and it's $125.
How about the gaskets for the timing cover?
Could just a gasket maker do the job, seems expensive for one simple gasket.
SoupMan
- and no, 'Soup' in SoupMan does not stand for Soup Up but for 'Soup' as in Lipton 'Soup'. -
better replace what you can while your there. You wont want to do all of that again later

use the right gasket, don't be cheap do the job right.
