Did you change your plugs recently? You may have put in the wrong ones.
Longevity is not acheived through mediocrity
Or if you have the 2.4 you could have put the idi cover on wrong..(make sure the boots are on tight) I've done that... lol
the accel coil was the culpret here....

the accel coil, what is that,my car doing same
The accel coil, if I am right, he's talking about the 2 coils located in the spark plug cover.
1. Pull each spark plug one at a time and double check if they are dark, oily, or brown chocolate. If they are all brown chocolate, the plugs are still good.
2. The coils are harder to check, keep them as your last resort
3. Have you played with timing? Timing can have such an impact on a motor
4. The crankcase code can come on if the air/oil separator is clogged. Usually this
problem is obvious as you will get oil leakage from some of the gaskets. I
don't remember where most of the oil will come out from but look around your
motor for oil sipping on the edges of gaskets.
