I have a 97 z24 and am having trouble finding the drl relay. Ive looked on here and some people have said it's in the fuse panel, but I dont see one. It looks like they might be by the front bumper but how do I know which one? Thanks

If you have the auto, look under the center console. Remove it completely and then look just behind the shifter. You'll see a wire there that is going to the body ground. That is what will take you're drls off when you disconnect it from where it's attached.
If you pull up the e-brake, this will disconnect the drls and the traction control at the same time.
You can install a switch to make this disconnect like I did and just switch it on or off as needed.
I pretty much keep mine off as I hate traction control and the drl's.
Again, remove the center console and look for a wire just behind the auto shifter. Remove it from the screw and see if your brake/ traction control light on the dash does'nt come on and off while touching this wire back to ground.
Hope this helps.
If not, I'll give you more info tomorrow.
Btw, I have a '97 z24 and have had this setup since I've owned the car.

The DRL relay is attached to the back of the front impact bar- underneath the driverside headlight.

If you are trying to disable the DRL's- use this diagram.... After you are done, check to make sure you didnt blow any headlight fuses, then you should be good to go.

No, my way won't do that but if needed, just flip the switch and have traction control.
It was easier for me this way, less time consuming and didn't have to hunt and chase a relay.
I guess you could use a switch on the two wires that you connect together to give you the capabilities of switching the drl's on or off.
Good luck.
