Hello,
This is my first post here. Nice to be here! (: I was referred here by someone from the Chevy forums for some more specific help with certain issues. I have a 2005 Cavalier coupe I just bought a couple months ago, and the key fob remote was crappy and wrapped together with a rubber band, so I replaced the housing and put in a new battery, but now the fob doesn't work at all. Does anyone by chance have any suggestions? It worked just fine with the original banded housing, and it's the same internal microchip. Thanks!
I'm sorry for the slow response, but I would just buy a new FOB and program it to the car. They are cheap online.
