So someone broke into jezebel and while no lasting damage was inflicted I need to replace the window. Now I have power Windows so can I just slide the window in or do I need to mess around with the power window regulator? Which I presume is riveted. Pretty much what is all involved?
Remove the door panel, roll the window down a bit and there are two white brackets with bolts in them that hold the window to the regulator. Remove those and pull out whats left out. The new window will drop in from the top.
If you have a you pull yard locally you can see whats involved while getting another window.
Well that was fairly simple, sadly I think the window regulator is dead as the window barely goes down and refuses to go up without help so no drive the thrus for me. I'm converting to crank anyways but that's a thread for another time. Thanks for the info
