I own a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier car, which has been a great family car for us.I can not find a dipstick for the transmission and I admit I am not a mechanic as well.I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me the proper procedure for checking the transmission fluid in my car?Post a reply here or you can email me at countryboy195360@gmail.com

Below the brake booster if u look way down there's a flip plug for the tranny. That's where u also fill it. There's an indicator on the stick but why not change the fluid while ur at it. Prob needs changed anyways. If u go under the car there's access to a bolt on the tranny to drain the fluid. Hope this helps
