I have a 98 Z 24 that I have been trying to diagnose an electrical issue with the head lights, high beams to be specific. The Driver's side (Left) high beam will not illuminate when the brights are turned on and the high beam indicator on the dash will not illuminate as well. I measured approximately 9V at the plug for the bulb. I have swapped the front wiring harness from another Z24 and still have the same issue. I have replaced the turn signal stock as well and continue to have this issue. The normal headlights will illuminate along with the fog lights when the lights are turned on. When the brights are turned on the fog lights will turn off along with the normal head lights. When placed in drive, the day time running lights will both light up ( this uses the bright bulbs). I have check all the obvious scenarios fuses, relays, etc. Any ideas?
